Group workouts for women are often dulled down, lacking in progressive options or don’t consider what women need for their core and pelvic floors.

This can leave you feeling like you can’t progress or worse that group workouts are just not an option for your body.

Freedom to Move is for women who:

Freedom To Move Information

  • Sessions currently run in 6 week blocks during term time.

  • Sessions run are delivered to a minimum of 3 and maximum of 4 people at a time.

  • Each 6 week block has a specific intention to build strength and technique. The 1 hour sessions include a strength focus which is repeated over the block to ensure you progress and build confidence.

    The fitness element of the session varies each week so you get to enjoy a workout and feel really good in your body!

  • £90 for the 6 weeks- this is a 6 week commitment with no refunds. This guarantees that the class will always run if full numbers are not in attendance.
