Strength training is an opportunity to connect with your body, learn skills and create confidence
There is so much fitness information available but it’s not always clear how strength exercises should feel in your body. Or maybe you’ve stopped doing certain movements because they don’t feel good at all!
I believe that taking the time to move really well pays off in terms of feeling confident in your training. It creates both autonomy and freedom.
My workshops take a deeper dive into the big movement patterns ie squats and deadlifts. The goal is for you to understand what makes up movements and how they should feel. We cover lots of practical so you get to try different options and go away feeling confident in your own training.
After the workshop you will receive a link to my own movement videos covering all the exercises from the session.
