Stella delivers her training with such care I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I’ve absolutely loved my sessions with her… we’ve definitely laughed a lot! I also think it is genuinely unusual to find someone of such skill and attention to the individual, especially in women’s health and fitness.

I worked with Stella for a year and it has made such a difference to my life. I was hoping to address the pain in my hips; however, we have gone beyond this. Stella worked on my feet, legs, hips, back, neck and literally the whole of me. The amazing news is that I now can again do some running, and also cycling is so much easier. I can put socks on without pain, I can zip up my cycling tights without pain . I feel no pain in places I had for years.

I have been doing Stella’s group fitness classes for nearly a year now, and I can honestly say I have never felt as strong or aware of how my body moves before. Her sessions are tailored to a specific movement pattern or functional goal, rather than just moving and lifting weights for the sake of it. She teaches you the movements your body needs but didn’t know about, as a woman, to stay strong as we move through the different stages of our life. It is very obvious during the group sessions how knowledgeable Stella is and I have learned so much from her, which I can use in my physio practice. If you are looking for an exercise class with a difference to strengthen your whole body, including your pelvic floor in a fun and challenging way, then the small group classes are definitely for you!!

Meeting Stella has been such a game changer for my fitness training and has totally shifted my perspective of movement and approach to exercise. She is incredibly knowledgeable in biomechanics and exercise and is an absolute asset to the islands fitness industry. She is also the loveliest lady and totally hilarious so her group sessions always leave you feeling great inside and out!

Stella’s exercise classes feel so genuinely good for my body. I have done various types of training over the last 10 years and have developed many injuries and imbalances and live with a lot of pain because of this. The work I have done with Stella has felt deeply nourishing and the movements feel like a welcome relief to my body, I always leave feeling calm healthy and strong.

Stella’s classes are the highlight of my week. I come away every time feeling really empowered and like I’m future proofing my body for strength and flexibility. Stella keeps me focused and feeling motivated, and we always have a giggle. These endorphin boosting sessions are worth every penny!

Stella is a magician! I have done various fitness classes over the years but never combined with proper strength training so was a bit apprehensive. I have now done 2 blocks of small group PT sessions and I absolute love them. Having only a max of 4 people in a group means the sessions are very tailored to you and your requirements. By making the smallest adjustment to your movements Stella manages to create absolute maximum output for what feels like minimum input but the next day you realise you did work hard! I can’t recommend these classes enough and think they’re excellent value for money. Thank you Stella, I can’t wait for my next block!
