You know there is more to life than pain and feeling limited by your body. You love being active but now you’re stuck. Typical gym programmes haven’t been able to give you the personal attention that your body needs to stop you from missing out on living the life that you want.
When you have experienced limitations in your movement for months or even years, it’s easy to get hung up on what feels weak or restricted. But nothing in the body is working by itself. That’s why my approach to personal training is unique. By assessing your current posture and movement imbalances, I look at how your whole body moves. What is integrating well and what is not.
I’m here to guide you through a connected and compassionate approach towards your body and your goals. By integrating breath work, strength and mobility you get to restore trust in your body and reclaim freedom and joy in your life.
Your body doesn’t get strong because it can lift heavy weights. True strength comes from being able to handle a broad variety of tasks. It can adapt to different movements with ease. Without restriction and second guessing yourself.

I work with individuals who have been struggling with long term pain or injuries and are ready for a connected approach so they can get back to living life in their full capacity.
I work with women who want to get stronger and take ownership of their bodies but need a personal trainer who understands core and pelvic health and can create integrative solutions.

Initial assessment:
Starting with an in person movement assessment, I check your movement patterns and limitations, along with an in-depth consultation to create your personal plan.
Weekly 121 personal training:
Work with me weekly in person for 12 x 60 mins 121's alongside sessions to complete independently via a coaching app. Reconnect with your body, reclaim your movement and restore trust in your capacity.
12 x 60 min in person sessions
Initial movement assessment
Programming to complete at home or in the gym for the 12 weeks
Follow up assessment
2 payments of £445 or 3 payments of £297

Once you have completed your initial 12 week Body freedom foundations, we move to 6 week blocks of weekly 121 sessions. You will continue to receive programming to complete independently
